Were You There, Was It Fun?
I'm creating what I call a "living book" ... and I need your help :)
Now, I've had and continue to have an incredible life, but
I do get a wee bit fuzzy about the details -- especially after midnight!
So, I would love to get your input on where our paths may have crossed:
... any event, or function, maybe a voiceover -- or anything you think was funny, annoying, poignant, exciting, funny again, outstanding, disappointing, crazy or whatever... things that may seem to those who were (or were not) there to be incredible or just plain bloody fun ... please remind me!

Mum told me I should do a storybook...about all the adventures over all the years while I’ve been away -- plus all the good times we had while I was back in OZ before I left.
Now, there's definitely been a few! – and the best stories are usually with my friends & family – plus a few thousand “acquaintances”… so give me a hint and I’m gonna give it a go and record some yarns for the record. Now my notes are sketchy and the memory’s somewhat fuzzy so I obviously need some help. I’ve had a heck of a ride here in NY and a bloody fun-ny life way before this back in ‘Straya (and on tour). So I want to do an experiment -- starting there on Faceboogoogle … then becoming a living thing -- maybe even a show -- a living book! Sorta like a personal kickstarter project for stories and yarns of where we mighta crossed paths. As I said, I’ve had a marvelous life, but I do get a wee bit fuzzy about the details -- especially after midnight! I plan to record a whole bunch of video yarns and make them all part of the project. So send me a note, a photo, record a memo or remind me of what 'we done', or maybe how I may have embarrassed you, me and my country. This is private and won't be going out into Facebook-land unless and until I talk to you about the 'incident(s)' ... and we might even arrange to have a live recorded conversation that becomes part of the living story itself ... Ya get it? Can't wait to hear from you ... Thanks and lotsaluv. Drewso aka BBQDrew aka The Voice of Australia in America! So, Were you there? Was it fun? |
